Shannon is a native of Clarksdale, MS where he graduated from Lee Academy in 1992. He attended MDCC and received his Associates Degree. He continued his education at Delta State University before getting accepted into the Physical Therapy Program at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Upon graduation in May of 1998, Shannon moved to Desoto County where he has practiced physical therapy for 26 years. He received his Athletic Training Certification and Licensure in 2004 where he has spent most of his career working with local high school and other community athletic programs and injury treatments. Shannon opened up Advanced Physical Therapy in Olive Branch, MS in May of 2012. Shannon enjoys duck hunting, bass fishing, and collegiate football and baseball. He is married to Jessica King and has two boys, Blaise and Brannen.
Stephanie was born in New Jersey. She graduated high school in St. Louis, MO in 2004. Stephanie graduated from Delta Tech in 2010. Stephanie as spent the last 9 years working for a local physician’s office. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Memphis Redbirds, Memphis Tiger basketball and football and vacations back home to St. Louis and Pensacola Beach. Stephanie is married to Nick Word and has two children, Magnolia Lee and Barrett Nicholas.
Allie is a native of Olive Branch, MS. She attended Desoto Central High School until graduation in May 2017. She attended Mississippi State University and Received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2021. She has recently been accepted in the Northwest Community College Physical Therapy Assistant Program and is working part time with us while going to school. Allie enjoys traveling, shopping, spending time with family and friends and visiting her Alma Mater.
Chief is a yellow Labrador Retriever that was born on September 14, 2019. He completed his beginner training with Douglas Robinson (Doug's Retrievers- Florence, AL). He now seasonally attends Sporting Life Kennels with Marty Roberts in Oxford, MS. He specializes in duck hunting. Chief is registered with AKC and UKC. He has earned his HR (Hunting Retriever) title. He is now working towards receiving his HRCH (Hunting Retriever Champion) title. When not at training or hunting, Chief enjoys socializing around the clinic with our patients and staying cozy at home until another hunting season arrives.

Bo is a black Labrador Retriever mix that is 11 years old. Bo was abandoned by his owner and lived alone at Tunica Lake for approximately 8 months before being picked up by the Tunica Humane Society. We had the privilege of rescuing Bo in 2014. He became an immediate socialite around the clinic. Bo spends most of his time laying around the clinic or greeting patients. He specializes in hypnosis of our patients and get them to bring him treats weekly. Bo is a great dog and friend.
